What Personal Information We Collect
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies installed on your device. As you browse the Site, we also collect information about the pages you view, what site or search referred you here, and how you interact with the Site. We refer to this as Device Information, collected using:
- Cookies — data files placed on your device, often including an anonymous unique identifier.
- Log files — these track actions on the Site and collect your IP address, browser type, internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
When you book an appointment through the Site, we collect certain information from you directly, including your name, email address, phone number, and payment information, in order to schedule, confirm, and process payment for your visit. We refer to this as Booking Information.
By Personal Information in this Privacy Policy, we mean both Device Information and Booking Information.
How We Use Your Personal Information
We use Booking Information to accommodate the appointment booking, confirmation, and payment process. We also use it to:
- Communicate with you.
- Confirm, cancel, and reschedule your appointments.

We use Device Information to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site.
Sharing Your Personal Information
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use it as described above — for example, our booking and payment processor, and email or scheduling tools. We use Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors use our Site; you can read how Google uses your Personal Information.
We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request for information, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Certain information, like IP address, browser type, and email, might be used and shared with our marketing tools for the purpose of advertising. If you are a California resident, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits you to request information regarding our disclosure of your personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We also provide a cost-free way to opt out of us sharing your information with third parties that do not share our brand name, where the third party would use it for their own direct marketing.
